TSG began in 2013 with a small studio apartment near Los Angeles International Airport. Realizing the high demand and potential opportunity, we quickly developed a team of passionate entrepreneurs to begin working with property owners who had been trapped or scraping by in the tenant rental market for years. TSG helps investors and owners alike realize property value and convert that into passive income, free from traditional methods.
Our team has generated over $10M in revenue, managing a growing portfolio that includes over 30 luxury properties. With a track record of successful returns on investments, our business has grown exponentially and organically. Every member on our team has managed every facet of a rental at one point or another – all the way from cleaning to finance management – and we know what it takes to maximize profit for any type or size of property.

Brian has an International Relations degree from UCLA and has managed various sales and business development roles for over 15 years. His experience spans clients in retail, entertainment, real estate, and major international corporate accounts in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries.

Originally from the East coast, Alexa earned her Bachelor’s degree from NYU. A well-rounded business professional, she has considerable firsthand field experience with an emphasis on design and photography.

Erik holds a Business Management degree as well as a Certification in California Real Estate Principles. He has several years of experience managing and developing entrepreneurial businesses in various service industries.
